Story by West Virginia Public Broadcasting. Nitowski looks like a nincompoop. Just a little too much "coincidence" going on between the deadline for PATH to respond to the PSC staff's motion and PJM's "release of new information". You should make your lies at least somewhat believable! What a clown! Comments? 12/22/2010 8:39am
that sure is an eerie coincidence! Bill Howley does a great job. Nitowski should take a lesson.

Note what Nitowski said - PATH only wants a delay because PJM's load forecasting (jargon that no one really understands) requires a new in-service date (more jargon). In fact, what has happened is that PJM has, for the third year in a row, revised its peak load predictions downward, which completely contradicts the reasons they claim PATH is needed. But Nitowski didn't say it that way, so people can understand.

The lawyers for PATH VA have filed a motion with the VA SCC to hold the case in abeyance with a new date for final decision in April, 2012. They asked for supplemental direct testimony by April 5, 2011, allowing them time to get those reports they are so anxiously awaiting. The hearing examiner issued a ruling that oral argument will be held on this motion on January 6, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. In the Motion, they said that one similar will be filed in Maryland today.

I almost feel sorry for these talking heads sometimes... they get such crap to work with, they can't help sounding like idiots.
