Once again, the FERC Challenge of PATH's over collection of expenses from electric consumers in 13 states and the District of Columbia has been picked up by the Associated Press.

I can't decide whether to burst out laughing or yawn in response to PATH's response. Todd Meyers is his usual spineless, insipid, statement-avoiding self, a pale effort at imitating the do-nothing politicians who are so much better at saying nothing with conviction. Now dear Jeri enters. You can just see the blood red tighly clenched fists and rising smoke from a temper tantrum, "But we're allowed to use ratepayers as a piggy bank ! Daddy said so!". Ah Jeri. Maybe one day you'll be lucky to be as repressed and cowering as little big brother Todd.
